About Lornal

Background

Lornal is a family owned consultancy that has three main operating divisions.

Lornal Consulting works with businesses and organisations to develop their strategic planning, marketing positioning, supply chain and sales activity in new and existing markets.

Lornal Training works as a sub contractor to organisations delivering training and specialist advice across a number of business sectors including marketing, business planning, book-keeping and developing business plans. Between the three strands it is estimated that Lornal  has engaged in total with over 600 businesses.

There can often be a complex mix of parameters to be considered in entering new markets or introducing new products into existing markets. Lornal has a full understanding of the whole process from original ideas, product development, competitive analysis, pricing, route to market and required marketing support. Lornal Mapping has expertise in developing mapping processes to develop the above.

The philosophy at Lornal is to analyse, define, measure, improve and most importantly implement with measurement of results.
